Post subject: I have a question about the Syncronization of offline files

I faced a situation a few days ago with an user. The user has Windows 2000
Professional in English SP4. And his computer is a Laptop and I activated a
few years ago the offline files so He will able to syncronize his user data
with the File and Print Server, Server with OS in Windows 2000 Server English
Last Service Pack. Anyway that server has been reinstalled and it had
changed its name server. So the user were storaging the network offline
files into a no exist path, now I changed the path for the right one, however
the user is reporting just he could not see the most of his files that he
manipulated before. He told me just the version of the current one network
path has not the content of the files just he were working for. How that is
possible? And How could I recover those offiline file for him back? May you
help me about this please?
