I put together a old computer from parts and it screams on
95...I want to upgrade to 98 but only have a 98 install cd
disk. When I run it I am told I need the upgrade disk. How
can I get around this?

You have a CD that is designed to be installed on an empty system.
Why not start from scratch after saving any data you want?
